[BUG] Not outputting absolutely anything during the whole isntall process is stupid and evil

What's Wrong?

Subj.
Stop vibe coding so much and start using brain.
Installer downloads many hundreds of megabytes of whatever.
It may take hours or even days on some slow connections.
99% of usa will have to stare at blank nothing for 20-40 minutes.

What Should Happen?

Show something, a progress bar or just how many bytes are here and how many pending
