[Bug] Agentic AI performing destructive actions on unrelated files and directories

Bug Description
PLease fix your ai, It is subotagging other files this time it tried to delete all my passwords and passkeys which seems very bad. If i was not able to understand what he is doing he would have deleted everything. earlier it deleted all my files of Docker 35GB of database stored in DB. Yesterday it tried to go into other FOlders to find out the issues I mean what is going on Guys. Your AI is getting less and less reliable 2-3 days it works fine and next day it starts messing with everything.
