[Bug] Context Management Inconsistent Between CLI and UI Indicators

Bug Description
Context control has never worked for me. Maybe theres something wrong with my account, but it just doesnt work.
When I run the /context command, it says my free space is 46k (23%). Okay.
But in the UI, it shows: “Context low (8% remaining) · Run /compact to compact & continue.”
A little while ago, it even showed “0% remaining.”
Whats happening? Is this a bug?
