[Bug] Claude Code building changes in temporary directory and using rsync instead of direct file operations

Bug Description
for some reason claude code decided that its time to not actually build thechanges in the directory where they belong but in some other tree and rsync them to whereerver they should go all the time... this is so stupid... make it stop this
