What's Wrong?

When using the "Read aloud" / Play button on a Claude response in the Windows desktop app, the voice used for playback does not match the voice style I selected in Settings → General → Voice ("Stimme"). It falls back to a different voice instead.

What Should Happen?

Read Aloud should use the voice configured in Settings → General → Voice (Language/"Sprache", Style/"Stil", Speed/"Geschwindigkeit").

Error Messages/Logs

None observed.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Settings → General → Voice section
Set Language ("Sprache") to German (Deutsch), Style ("Stil") to "Hell" (Light), Speed ("Geschwindigkeit") to Normal
Open any chat and get a response from Claude
Click the "Read aloud" / Play button on that response
Observe: playback uses a different voice/style than configured in step 2

Not sure / Multiple models (this appears to be UI-level, not model-dependent)

Additional Information

Already reported via the in-app "Send Feedback" button; filing here too since existing related issues (#72123, #66111, #60268) don't match this exact symptom.

Possibly relevant: the app's UI language is set to German, not English. It's possible this bug is related to non-English UI language affecting voice/style resolution — untested whether it also occurs with English UI.

Settings screenshot shows: General → Voice → Sprache: Deutsch, Stil: Hell, Geschwindigkeit: Normal.
