Bug Description
Asking how is Claude doing in this session after about two or three turns feels a bit stupid and ridiculous?
I imagine the error happened because the trigger it's counting tokens and not turns? but i imagine leads to some poor data due to gaming? Are you seeking positive feedback? I gave it bad feedback just because it's a really silly question to be asking in about four turns.
