[BUG] Links rendered using custom URI schemes are not clickable

What's Wrong?

Markdown links rendered in the code tab that use the JetBrains Toolbox URI Scheme format (jetbrains://php-storm/navigate/reference?project=MyProject&path=src/Foo.php:12) URI scheme appear as links, but do nothing when clicked.

What Should Happen?

The link should trigger the OS handler for the scheme and allow JetBrains Toolbox to open the file in the external editor.

2. Click a link to a project file reference
3. Nothing happens
