[BUG] [SHOW-STOPPER] Usage Credits suddenly being ignored by Claude Code Terminal

What's Wrong?
After working on Usage Credits for 2 days, Claude Code Terminal spontaneously claims:
You've hit your weekly limit · resets 3am (Europe/London)
/usage-credits to finish what you’re working on.

Then under /status I see
Usage credits Usage credits are off · /usage-credits to turn them on

But in website it correctly reports that Usage Credits are on and limit has NOT been reached:

So Claude Code Terminal does not agree with web settings.
Confirmed on two different machines - Windows 10, Windows 11.

What Should Happen?
EITHER
- Website & Terminal should explain why Usage Credits cannot be used, even with credit balance and turned on.
OR
- Terminal should continue using Usage Credits
