Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

In the Claude "Chat" screen, when we want to reference any skill, if we type the / character "anywhere in the text we are writing", the list of skills (both Claude's built-in skills and our personal skills) appears before us as a list.
However, when using Claude "Code", if the / character is entered "only as the first character of an empty chat input", the list of skills (the list of Claude's built-in skills) appears:
• if the / character is entered "only as the first character of an empty chat input", the list of our personal skills does not appear;
• if the / character is typed "anywhere in the text we are writing", the list of skills (both Claude's built-in skills and our personal skills) does not appear as a list.;
This issue did not occur in earlier versions; however, it has arisen following the updates, and "although we know that, even if the skill list does not appear; when we type the skill's name ourselves, the relevant skill works", it causes those of us who use "Claude Code" intensively to lose a significant amount of time (because we do not know the names of all the skills by heart and because, during our work, we have to check the skills again and again from the "Customize" screen).
I kindly request that this issue be resolved (urgently, if possible).
Wishing you a productive day.

What Should Happen?

On the Claude "Code" screen as well; I kindly request that, whenever we use the / sign "anywhere" in the chat text we write, the list of both Claude's built-in skills and our individual skills be displayed automatically.

(Note: Although it may be conceivable that, if the "/" sign is used anywhere in the text, it could be confused with usages such as writing dates, etc.; considering that skill texts "will begin with a / sign whose immediately preceding character is a blank space, and that the skill list will disappear if any character is entered before or after the / sign, I am of the opinion that there is no drawback in the skill list appearing automatically with the / sign anywhere in the text as well.)
