[FEATURE] overhaul the use of color absolutely everywhere

Problem Statement
Having played with Oh My Pi and Open Code, either of their approaches is just better hands down. Everything is more readable and more aesthetically pleasing. I don't need to be specific because it is just such a night and day difference, they are just simply better in every way. It's like zero thought has been put into how things have been colored in Claude Code. Introduce a new palette, just copy Oh My Pi or Opencode (either one is like 10x better) and offer it as a palette option. It's that simple. No one will care if you brazenly copy them or think less of you (well maybe they will, but that is irrelevant, we just want a usable harness to use with our subscriptions).
Some examples:
- in light mode, there is this purple colour that is chosen which is nearly indistinguishable from the grey color. It is used pervasively in the app. When choosing from the @ menu, it is near impossible to tell which is chosen, and I get it wrong nearly every time, it is so annoying. The main text is just this sea of harsh dark gray, with the only differing color being this purple that you can barely notice.
- when it greps and shows code lines, they are displayed in exactly the same way as the thinking text. There is no visual distinction whatsover, and everything is the same monospace font. Oy My Py gives any code snippets a light background... oh my god is it so much better and I actually find myself looking at what is being spit out rather than going off and watching youtube and forgetting what I was doing because the output is so unreadable and I have no motivation to read what it is doing. With Oh My Pi, I was amazed to actually find myself reading the output, realising it's going off track and steering it in the right direction.
Proposed Solution
copy either the colour palettes from Oh My Pi or Open Code , or both
Alternative Solutions
Actually put some thought into the visual design of this app, you've got the budget for it!
Priority
High - Significant impact on productivity
Feature Category
Interactive mode (TUI)
Use Case Example
Example scenario:
- I'm working on a React app with a Node.js backend
- I need to make changes to both frontend and backend
- With this feature, I could actually see WTF is going on and steer it in the right direction
- This would save me time, because I wouldn't let it go on a one hour escapade because I missed some stupid direction it went in. I would catch it early and steer it in the right direction.
