[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Concurrent Tool Use Causing 400 Bad Request

**Bug Description**
  ⎿  API Error: 400 due to tool use concurrency issues. Run /rewind to recover the conversation.
I seem to get these errors all the time. I am not sure what the problem is, but it is extremely annoying when it should succeed. Maybe you need to perform locking on different files.
