What's Wrong?

GitHub 'Add from GitHub' not appearing in + menu in claude.ai chat. Claude GitHub App installed at github.com/settings/installations with All Repositories access. GitHub shows Connected in Claude Settings → Connectors. Need a backend repository index reset for my account.

What Should Happen?

It should work like it's supposed to.

Steps to Reproduce

Open any chat in Claude
Ask it to examine any of your Github repos
It responds with "I don't have Github in this chat"
Go in endless circles
