[BUG] sessions started in mobile app on a remote server cannot be picked up in cli on remote server

What's Wrong?

I'm running claude remote-control --name agent-vm --spawn worktree --permission-mode bypassPermissions inside a sandboxed Docker container

when I use the mobile app, I can see sessions started via the cli on the sandboxed container AND I can start new sessions from the mobile app on the sandboxed container. So far so good

But when I'm back behind my laptop and try to resume such a session that got started via the mobile app via the cli on the sandboxed container, it doesn't show up on the list of sessions provided o the /resume command, even after widening to all projects & worktrees

In the desktop app the sessions started via the Mobile app show up just fine inbetween all the other session that I started directly via the cli on the sandboxed container

What Should Happen?

the sessions started on the mobile app should show in the resumeable list of sessions in the cli on the machine where they are running

run claude remote-control, start a session via the mobile app and try top resume it on the device where it actually runs
