[BUG] After claude desktop app crashes, mobile app session keeps bringing up outdated prompt

What's Wrong?

I've been responding to a claude session in my mobile app, and came to my desktop app to check on something else and responded to something else in the same session. Desktop app crashed, came back up, but the question i had already responded to, keeps getting asked in my mobile app. I have cleared cache, logged out and reboot my phone.

What Should Happen?

Mobile app should stop repeating the same question, skipping it or selecting an answer doesn't clear it, keeps coming up.
