[BUG] with Claude App code

What's Wrong?

Claude Desktop (MSIX, Package Family Name: Claude_pzs8sxrjxfjjc, verzija 1.46388.4.0) ne uspeva da pokrene Code karticu. Greška: "Claude Code native binary ... exists but failed to launch" (ENOENT), errorClass: executable_launch_failed. Fizička putanja binarnog fajla je verovatno pod AppData\Local\Packages\Claude_pzs8sxrjxfjjc\LocalCache\Roaming\Claude\claude-code, dok app pokušava spawn na virtuelizovanoj putanji %APPDATA%\Roaming\Claude\claude-code\2.1.260\claude.exe koja fizički ne postoji van app-a — izgleda kao MSIX AppData virtualizacija koja ne radi za CreateProcess pozive. Reinstalacija i antivirus izuzeci nisu pomogli.

Error Messages/Logs

Claude Code native binary at <home>\AppData\Roaming\Claude\claude-code\2.1.260\claude.exe exists but failed to launch. This usually means the binary does not match this system's libc — e.g. spawning a musl-linked binary on a glibc Linux host fails because the musl dynamic loader (/lib/ld-musl-*) is missing. Specify a matching binary with options.pathToClaudeCodeExecutable.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Desktop (Windows, installed via Microsoft Store/MSIX)
2. Click on the "Code" tab
3. Error appears: "Claude Code native binary at <home>\AppData\Roaming\Claude\claude-code\2.1.260\claude.exe exists but failed to launch..." (ENOENT)
4. Verified the folder does NOT exist at that literal path in File Explorer (%APPDATA%\Roaming\Claude)
5. Confirmed via app logs that the app successfully loads persisted sessions from the same path, and that the file physically exists under the MSIX-virtualized location: AppData\Local\Packages\Claude_pzs8sxrjxfjjc\LocalCache\Roaming\Claude — suggesting AppData virtualization works for file reads but not for the CreateProcess/spawn call
6. Tried: adding antivirus exclusions (Acronis Active Protection) for the full path — no change
7. Tried: fully uninstalling and reinstalling Claude Desktop — same exact error reappears immediately (same version 2.1.260)
8. Error is consistent and 100% reproducible on every attempt to open the Code tab
