What's Wrong?

Summary

The mobile artifacts-sync bug already tracked in #78792 ("Published Claude Code artifacts do not appear in the mobile app") and #84509 ("Cowork live artifacts are desktop-only and machine-local") is documented against iOS, but I'm seeing the identical behavior on Android. Filing this to note that the defect is not iOS-specific.

Environment

  • Desktop: Claude Cowork on Windows 11 — artifacts publish and appear correctly in the Artifacts view here.
  • Web: claude.ai/code/artifacts (browser) — same artifacts appear correctly.
  • Mobile: Claude Android app, same account — the in-app Artifacts view does not show the same artifacts that are visible on desktop/web.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create/publish an artifact via a Claude Cowork session on desktop (Windows 11).
  2. Confirm it appears in the Artifacts view on the desktop app and at claude.ai/code/artifacts in a browser.
  3. Open the Claude Android app on the same account and check its Artifacts view.
  4. Observe that the artifact(s) from step 1 are missing from the Android app's list.

Expected behavior

Artifacts published from any client should be discoverable/listed consistently across desktop, web, and all mobile apps (iOS and Android) for the same account.

Actual behavior

The Android app's built-in Artifacts view does not sync/list artifacts published elsewhere, matching the same root cause already described in #78792 and #84509 — those issues note iOS specifically, but the same gap reproduces on Android.

Workaround

Opening claude.ai directly in the phone's mobile browser (rather than using the native app's Artifacts tab) correctly shows the full, up-to-date artifact list. This confirms the issue is isolated to the native mobile app's Artifacts view/sync, not a permissions or account issue.
