What's Wrong?

What's wrong:
The app launches and shows a window, but there is no sign-in button or login screen anywhere. It never recognizes my account and I cannot log in. No error message is shown.

What I expected:
The app should show the sign-in screen (or my existing account) on launch.

What I've tried (none worked):

• Force-quit via Cmd+Option+Esc and Activity Monitor, then relaunch
• Restarted the Mac
• Confirmed claude.ai works normally in the browser on the same machine
• Uninstalled the app (initially would not delete; removed via Terminal after force-quit)
• Deleted leftover data in ~/Library/Application Support/Claude, ~/Library/Caches, and ~/Library/Preferences
• Reinstalled the Apple Silicon build from claude.ai/download
• Contacted support via chat; was told a human would follow up but have not received a reply
