[Bug] Security flag incorrectly triggered for approved Caesar Linux environment

Bug Description
While working to create compatibility between my Linux distro and the Claude Code harness, and trying to resolve an error , Ithere was a flag on the prompt as security related. I am currently approved for increased cyber capability and Caesar Linux was specifically mentioned in my application. So this is most certainly a false flag.
