[Feature Request] Add CLI flag to disable Multi-Context Providers (MCPs)

Description
Feature Request: something like --no-mcp to allow me to launch Claude Code without MCPs. I have multiple MCPs and they are taking my context. To remove them I have to change my project configs AND my personal config. Instead it would be nice if I could temporarily launch Claude Code with no mcps.
