Bug Description
We absolutely need the ability for the USER to turn off cash Usage Credits when on a subscription plan as the Teams plan. It has to be possible to ensure that long running tasks will not use extra cash when you leave a long running task unattended. And to turn cas Usage Credits on when you need them.
