Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

Previously my conversation history was synced across devices (mobile + multiple computers) — I could see all past conversations regardless of which device I searched from. Now on my main computer I only see 1 past conversation instead of ~100, and the Projects folder/section is completely missing. Other devices also no longer show the previously-synced history.

What Should Happen?

My full conversation history (~100 past conversations) and the Projects folder/section should be visible and synced across all my devices (desktop and mobile), as they were before — regardless of which device or session I'm using.

Error Messages/Logs

Steps to Reproduce

Previously used Claude Code normally across multiple devices (this computer, another computer, and mobile) — conversation history was synced and visible from all of them.
Opened Claude Code today (2026-09-04) on my main computer.
Noticed the sidebar now shows only 1 past conversation instead of ~100.
Checked other devices — the previously-synced history is no longer showing there either.
The "Projects" folder/section is also completely missing from the interface.
