Bug Description
FABLE IS THE WORST -- every SKILL I created, EVERY standing rule -- all ignored and relitigated every time. 100% time lost for days. EVERY DAMN TIME. I'm now arguing with AI instead of having an assistant. new BULLSHIT tasks created to invent work I never wanted or needed (despite standing rules on things like "only highest priority tasks" and "never create work without approval"). It's like you changed the harness to be useless for people that know what they're doing an undermined those of us who spent MONTHS creating workflows and skills.
