Expose a pin_session MCP tool for session management

\list_sessions\ already reports a \pinned\ field per session, but there's no corresponding write action - no \pin_session\/\set_pinned\ tool alongside \set_session_title\ and \archive_session\. This blocks skills/workflows (e.g. a "start task" skill) from pinning the session they're working in programmatically; pinning is currently only possible through the sidebar UI.
