Inline code / accent color has poor contrast on dark theme — no way to customize

The red/orange color used for inline code spans (and some highlighted terminal text) in Claude Code has very poor contrast against the dark background theme. After extended use it becomes nearly unreadable for me — I have to compensate by increasing font size to uncomfortable levels just to distinguish it.

There's currently no setting to change this accent/highlight color (only overall light/dark theme selection is available), so users with contrast sensitivity have no way to adjust it themselves.

Suggestion: Either raise the contrast ratio of this color against the dark background to meet WCAG AA at minimum, or expose it as a configurable theme option (accent color / syntax highlight color) so users can pick something more legible for their own vision.

Thanks for looking into this.
