[Bug] Terminal Setup Incorrectly Applies Keybindings to VSCode Instead of Windsurf

Bug Description
When I run terminal-setup in Windsurf it changes the keybindings of VSCode and not of Windsurf. I had to manually apply them. Seems easily fixable. Thanks!
