Bug Description
Opus is basically inventing problems and then creating more tickets in order to solve those problems that didn't exist. When it tries to solve them, it finds more problems, creates more tickets, and then just carries on in an endless loop. See these scripts and these sessions we have had over the last twelve hours, and you'll see that it's just wasted a whole day's work and a whole day's worth of tokens
