[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Content policy flagged legitimate cybersecurity work despite cyberverification approval

Bug Description
We are approved through the cyberverification program and we are trying to do work that is why we have an Anthropic subscription, yet its being blocked for '[cyber]' is something that needs to be resolved and corrected for our account. Can you please have someone review and properly approve our account again so we do not need to cancel our Max subscription. API Error: Fable 5.1's safeguards flagged this message (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/aup). Our intentionally broad safeguards allow us to deliver more capabilities faster, but can sometimes flag legitimate coding, cybersecurity, and biology tasks. Claude Code can't respond to this message with Fable 5.1.
