Cowork projects migrate from personal account to Team account after sign-out/sign-in on the same Windows install; archive is non-functional

What's Wrong?

I have two Claude accounts on one Windows machine: a personal account and a Team (work) account, used in the same Claude Desktop install by signing out of one and into the other.

Three Cowork projects that were created under my personal account now appear in the Projects sidebar of my Team account, and are missing from the personal account. The projects are:

Beatrice Schneider Site Rebuild
Beatrice Schneider Social Content Cowork
Beatrice Schneider Site Rebuild (a second entry with the same name - likely a duplicate record)

This has happened more than once. Each time, recovering requires recreating the projects under the personal account and manually re-attaching chats, which is significant work.

Additionally, Archive does not work on the misplaced projects while signed into the Team account, so I cannot even remove them from the wrong account's sidebar.

The project folders themselves are intact on disk (C:\Users\teesc\Documents\Claude\Projects\...). The problem is the app's project registry associating the records with the wrong account.

What Should Happen?

Cowork projects created under Account A should only ever appear in Account A's Projects sidebar.
Signing out of Account A and into Account B on the same install should not move, copy, or reassign Account A's projects.
Archive should function on any project shown in the sidebar.

Error Messages/Logs

None shown in the UI. Projects panel renders normally with the wrong contents. But, if i attempt to archive the projects from my work account: "Failed to archive project. You can try again."

Steps to Reproduce

Windows 11, Claude Desktop, single install.
Sign in to Team (work) account. Do some work.
Sign out. Sign in to personal account. Personal Cowork projects are visible. Do some work in them.
Sign out. Sign in to Team account.
Open Cowork > Projects. Personal projects now listed under the Team account.
Sign out, sign in to personal. Projects are gone from the personal account.
Back in the Team account, attempt to Archive a misplaced project. Nothing happens.
