[FEATURE] Weekly-limit boost ends 13 Sep: four months in, it's the baseline, not a bonus

Problem Statement
I use Claude Code every day as my primary development tool, on a subscription of roughly EUR 200 a month. I'm happy to pay that. This is not a request for a refund or a discount. The product has earned its place at the centre of my work.
The facts as I understand them: weekly usage limits have been 50% higher since 13 May 2026 as a promotion, later extended through 13 September 2026. The 5-hour limits were never part of it. After 13 September, weekly limits return to their standard level. The terms were clear throughout, and I'm not disputing them.
What I want to put on record is how a four-month promotion lands in practice. By month four it no longer feels like a bonus. It feels like the baseline. I have shaped my working rhythm around the current ceiling: the pace I work at, and the scope of what I attempt in a week. That was the reasonable response to the capacity I was given for a third of a year, not a misreading of the offer. When the ceiling drops on 13 September, the lived experience will be a cut, not a return to normal.
Issue #91282 covers the display side of the same boost, asking for real numbers and dates in the usage UI. This issue is about the level itself.
Proposed Solution
Treat 13 September as a date that needs something in it, whether a permanent raise, a new tier, or a better-value structure, rather than a silent step down to the old ceiling.
