[FEATURE] Index repositories for faster lookups

I want the ability to be able to index my repositories when claude is scanning/finding/etc. This will allow claude to respond faster and cheaper due to being able to quickly lookup where it needs to make changes. This will be cheaper due to not having to rescan the repository every time we start a new prompt.
