What's Wrong?

I am using Claude Code with a VS code extension in Korean.
I am building a small LLM to learn its working principles, and in the process I am asking questions to claude-opus-5 while it monitors the learning process. At that point, with a study session already monitoring, I typed the prompt, "https://github.com/jingyaogong/minimind This looks similar to our project; want to see if there’s anything we can copy?" to refer to another GitHub repository as well.
However, during the process, an answer starting with "user" came up, an Claude judged that this was the user's response to the question, so It proceeded and create a new code.
For the first one, it seems possible that they might have done that while reading the optional selections above from the back, but the second one is actually posing a completely new question.
So, in response to the question, “What is going on here?” it came out with an answer to the second question it had asked itself. I report it as a strange form of error I’ve never seen before.
