Description
When Claude attempted to run gh pr edit to update a PR description, the confirmation dialog appeared asking for approval. However, the PR description on GitHub appeared to have already changed before the confirmation was approved.
Steps to reproduce
- Have Claude suggest updating a PR description via
gh pr edit <PR> --body "..." - The confirmation dialog appears in Claude Code
- Observe that the PR description on GitHub is already updated before clicking "Approve"
Expected behavior
The gh pr edit command should not execute until the user explicitly approves the confirmation dialog.
Actual behavior
The PR description appeared updated on GitHub before the confirmation was given.
