[Bug] Terminal Window Resizing Incorrectly When Switching Tabs

Bug Description
when switching between two terminal tabs, if I have claude code in one terminal and the other tab is something else, when I switch from the other tab to the claude code tab the terminal becomes smaller automatically. if it helps -> the terminal is attached to one half of the screen using macos's built in snap feature. I'm using 16 inch mac pro m4 pro -> sequoia 15.4.1
