What's Wrong?

Title: Poor visual separation between user questions and Claude Code responses in CLI

Description:

In the previous version of Claude Code CLI, there was clear visual distinction between user input and Claude's
responses. This made it easy to follow the conversation flow.

In the current version, user questions and Claude Code responses blend together visually, making it difficult to
quickly identify where the assistant's response begins. This creates friction during work sessions, as I
constantly have to search for "where does the answer start?"

Expected behavior:
Clear visual separation between user input and Claude responses (different colors, borders, or other visual
indicators)

Current behavior:
User questions and Claude responses have similar visual styling, causing them to blend together

Impact:
Reduces productivity and readability during extended work sessions

Suggested solution:
Restore the previous visual distinction, or add configurable color schemes for better readability
