Bug Description
code review skill spawaned as subagent then spawns its own subagent so review but after completion just dies consuming all tokens but never returning a report and says "Failed to resume agent: Agent <AGENT_ID> ran as forked skill code-review, which no longer resolves to a fork-capable skill; refusing to resume it without its permi… "
lost so much tokens and usage limits doing this twice!!!
