[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Acceptable Use Policy violation on species data queries

Bug Description
I received an API error which pointed me at your Acceptable Use Policy, details: [bio], request ID: req_011Cea83L4s42yi6Wy7QxnyN. For context, I have been cross-referencing BirdNET-Analyzer results against local BDBSA SuperTables data because I have found BirdNET-Analyzer is often unable to ID species until it is given a whitelist... for example, it was unable to ID the Grey Strike-Thrush in Marino Conservation Park until it was explicitly pointed at a species list for that location. I was hoping to build some tools for field surveys and a fixed acoustic BirdNET monitoring device because South Australia is currently the epicentre of Australia's H5N1 bird flu outbreak, and I... wanted to be able to record good data about what is happening here. :( The error happened when I tried to find a way to get that species list information without having to manually generate the file for EACH conservation park, manually, from the South Australian Goverment's NatureMaps website... as well as conservation status (because some species are more at risk than others) and population data (so I know where we're starting from at the beginning of the first wave)... because there are fears that this is an extinction level event... and the error happened when Sonnet 5 had discovered that there is a directly queryable ArcGIS REST API that would give me the information I needed. I don't think I'm doing anything wrong, just citizen science, but I wonder if the combination of H5N1 and bulk species data requests might have fired something with the classifier.
