Triage: kind cyber · domain general · flagging model Opus 4.8 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below

Type: Cybersecurity safety-filter false positive · Work domain (heuristic): general

Why this is a false positive

The cyber safeguard interrupted a development session focused on system UI accent color customization for media playback. The block fired after a frustrated exclamation was directed at the assistant mid-session, with no person addressed and all surrounding work remaining legitimate. Because the project code contained only standard UI theme modifications without security tools or network exploits, this interruption produced a false positive on routine front-end work.

A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-08-25T09:25:47.231Z.
