Desktop app: user-assignable status colors on session thread indicators

Feature request

The desktop app shows a dot next to every session thread in the sidebar. Today it only reflects momentary state (responding / focused), and goes gray once you leave the session.

With dozens of long-lived sessions across many projects, there is no at-a-glance way to tell which threads are active work, which are dormant, and which are done. The only options are opening each thread or asking an agent to reverse-engineer activity from files — both slow.

Request

Let users assign a color (or status label) to each session thread, shown on/next to the existing dot. Even 3-4 fixed choices (active / waiting / dormant / done) would let users triage a long session list visually.

Why it matters

Users running many parallel sessions treat the sidebar as a project board. A persistent, user-controlled visual state per thread turns a wall of identical rows into something scannable.
