[Bug] Thinking Transcript Removed in v2.0.9, Breaking Workflow Visibility

Question

**Bug Description**
v2.0.9 seems to have removed thinking transcript again. It was showing though no longer detailed but still showing in 2.0.8. Please fix this as I no longer can see/know what sonnet 4.5 is doing, hence unable to interject it with prompts in between todos
