[Bug] Claude Opus 5 model shows degraded performance and unexpected behavior changes

Bug Description
I have noticed recently that claude code is not working as before. Opus 4.6 up to 4.8 was really ok.. fabble was great... but opus 5 has changed a lot..it is acting kinda lazzy and it is taken its own desitions. upgardes may have added some bugs or any other regulations and limits that are causing all this behaviour.. take a look at this please
