[Bug] Claude Code performance degradation with account CVP participation status

Bug Description
My coding sessions have been flagged down editing a website blocking simple tasks that the coding agent is doing, this account is also on a CVP participation. I swotched ot the 20x for ease and its harder to code now. Please fix it.
