Bug Description
A claude idiosyncracy where it drifted into British English over the course of a multi-day set of sessions that bled into documentation and code has cost me time and money and caused distraction and detours. This is not an exception, claude seems to do this rather regularly lately and it puts claude's seriousness as a reliable tool in question.
