[FEATURE] MCP Resource template support

Problem Statement

Claude Code supports MCP resources, but this apparently excludes resource template support (https://modelcontextprotocol.io/specification/2025-06-18/server/resources#resource-templates)

There was https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/3122 - which was closed as implemented on Jul 8th but as of today Claude Code does not send a resources/templates/list request to MCP servers - thus the reason for closing #3122 is not clear.
