claude-fable-5: re-authors components instead of porting the user's named reference implementation

Defect class: reference implementation ignored — model re-authors instead of porting working user code.

The user's sibling repository contained finished, working reference components (footer with curtain-reveal, nav accordion, payment badges, bottom nav, accessibility panel, cookie consent), and the specs the user supplied were exported from that repo's own plans folder. When told to "copy the FotoVmag component," the model repeatedly authored its own variants from spec prose instead of opening and porting the working files. Consequences observed in one session: missing social links, missing payment badges, a mirrored header button order, a non-animated accessibility panel where the reference has a slide-in sheet, and a hand-rolled consent banner where a finished consent component existed.

Expected behavior: when the user names a reference implementation, the model's first action on any ambiguous or detailed UI requirement should be reading the reference component in full and porting it, with only the adaptations the user's project requires (tokens, business data). Clean-room re-authoring should require an explicit user request.
