[BUG] Claude Code does not work a large percentage of the time on Windows [WSL 2]

What's Wrong?

Using Claude Code on windows, probably a majority of the time that I try to open the application, it responds by saying that some file is already in use by another program. I go to Task Manager and kill the orphaned processes and that never fixes the issue. I usually have to restart or shut down my computer. Even then that doesn't guarantee that the app will work, sometimes it opens but will just remain blank forever.

I'm on Windows, using Ubuntu WSL 2.

P.S. Before you guys market to the world that you've "solved software" you should probably make sure that your software is at least 50% reliable, thanks.

What Should Happen?

Make sure Claude Code works on WSL 2. There's so many open bugs on here that I'm fairly certain that this will never get resolved, but thanks anyway I guess.
