Claude Chrome extension not working even after troubleshooting

I'm having an issue getting my Claude Chrome extension to work:

• I have 2 Claude accounts (a personal Pro account and a Work account) and the Claude Chrome extension is toggled to on in both
• Currently I have the personal Pro account logged in on both Claude Code and Chrome
• I've restarted Chrome multiple times and Claude still can't connect to Chrome via the extension
• Toggling the Claude extension in Chrome off/on for 10 seconds didn't help
• The error persists: "Browser extension is not connected"
• This is also blocking some scheduled tasks from running on my Work Account
