[Bug] Prompt incorrectly flagged as '[cyber]' during local k8s security testing

Bug Description
my prompt as typed was this "give me a concise summary of where we are at right now, my understanding being the local kind cluster is prepped and essentially in a "post go live" state? -> if so then kick off appropriate model-effort subagents to run through as many user use case tests as we can to sanity check everything" -> I am doing hardening security testing on a local kubernetes cluster which I would have preferred fable 5 to orchestrate however it kept flagging the prompt - details '[cyber]' - not sure why?
