[Feature Request] Flexible OPUS API Access and Daily Quota Management

Bug Description
I am not happy about highly restricted access to OPUS, setting up weekly QUOTA; while SONNET 4.5 has improved a lot, it has way to go to solving complex computational problems; OPUS QUOTAs should be setup daily not weekly to make this useful; My productivity has gone down rapidly since weekly quota has been applied; Please consider how to make this work, I pay for MAX, don't mind paying more.
