What's Wrong?

Hi Team,

I noticed a potential business logic issue that has affected me personally as well.

If a user creates an individual account on Claude.ai and successfully completes identity verification using their passport, the first account is verified normally.

However, if the same person later creates another organization using either the same or a different email address, and selects any account type (such as Individual or Team), the new account appears to be automatically suspended within approximately 30–60 seconds of completing Persona identity verification—even before the user has finished and submitted the full application.

This seems to suggest that completing Persona verification itself may be triggering an automatic suspension when the same verified identity is associated with another organization, regardless of whether the application has actually been submitted.

What Should Happen?

A single user should be allowed to register as team account as well

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an email id account and do CVP verification
2. using same email id create another org as team and apply for cvp
3. wait 30-60 sec you will get auto rejected email
