[FEATURE] Allow Claude Code and Claude Desktop to work together.

Problem Statement

I often like to start a project in Claude Desktop where Claude and I can discuss approaches and make higher level plans. But then it is a bit awkward when moving to Claude Code and having to bring it up to speed and copy and paste from desktop. On the flip side, I have connected Claude Desktop to my Github repo, so it can review changes, which is great! But being able to jump from desktop to code and back and sharing some context automatically would be very nice.

Proposed Solution

Maybe create a Claude Code Connector for desktop?
